How do you charge? Is there a deposit?
For fixed-scope projects we work with 50% up front and 50% on delivery, or by milestones when the project calls for it. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. We accept bank transfer, Mercadopago or card.
What if the project gets complicated and the scope grows?
We agree on a written scope before starting. If something new comes up, we quote it separately and you decide whether to go ahead. We never charge for anything without telling you first.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the project is paid for, all source code is delivered in your own repository (GitHub/GitLab). No proprietary licenses, no lock-in.
How long does it take you to answer a quote request?

Do you work with clients outside Chile?
Yes. We work with clients across LATAM (especially Chile and Colombia) and occasionally with the US and Europe. We bill in CLP, COP or USD depending on your market.
What happens after delivery? Do I have to pay for maintenance?
It's not mandatory. We hand over the code and the documentation so any developer can maintain it. If you want, we offer maintenance plans from $200k CLP/mo with an SLA and guaranteed hours.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, if you ask. For clients with sensitive ideas we sign an NDA before any conversation. By default, we never use your idea or your code on other projects.
