2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to answer quote requests and operate the service:

• Data you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, description of your project.
• Technical data: approximate country (via IP; the IP itself is not stored), browser, pages visited (internal analytics).
• Payments: card details are processed by Mercadopago; we never see or store them.

3. What we use it for

• Generating your AI quote and responding to your request.
• Contacting you by email or WhatsApp about your project only.
• Improving the tools (aggregate analytics, with no personal identification).

4. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
• We do not use your business idea on other projects.
• We do not send newsletters or spam — we only write to you about the quote you requested.

5. Providers we use

• Railway / PostgreSQL — database.
• Google (Gemini) — AI for quote analysis. No models are trained on your input.
• Mercadopago — payment processing.
• Google OAuth — sign in with your Google account (optional).

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 7 business days at most.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session if you sign in to the portal. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies on this site.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here and change the date at the top. Substantial changes are announced by email to anyone with an active account.
